We are a growing outpatient mental health clinic, established in May 2022, with a strong reputation for high quality, patient centered care. Our team currently includes four psychiatric prescribers and a dedicated group of counselors, and we are continuing to expand the therapy side of our practice. This position is based in our new satellite location in Elma, NY, conveniently located within one mile of our main office, offering the feel of a close knit team with the added benefit of a growing and dynamic setting.

You are able to create your own hours and work some of your week remotely if preferred. We are flexible with you creating your own schedule as this position functions as an hourly salaried W2 employee.
Duties:
- Assess clients, provide therapy, and develop treatment plans to address emotional, behavioral, or psychological issues.
- Offer support, coping strategies, and guidance to help clients manage challenges.
- Monitor and document client progress and behaviors
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to address specific needs of clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field along with either LMHC, Psy D, PhD., or LCSW. Applicant must be fully licensed and done with training / supervision
- Minimum 2 years of working experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs
- Ability to work with adults, child and adolescent training is also welcomed
- Familiarity with coding systems such as ICD-10 and ICD-9 for accurate medical documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
