Position Summary:
To provide assistance to the Maintenance Technician with repairs and maintenance of facilities, grounds, and equipment, and assist with remodels and installations.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
-Assists Maintenance Tech with repair and maintenance of buildings, storage facilities, machinery, and equipment agency-wide.
-Assists with grounds work agency-wide, including mowing, weed and bush trimming, snow, leaf, debris, trash removal, and all grounds-related duties.
-Assists with minor painting maintenance.
-Assists with regular upkeep of external and internal facilities.
-Assists the Maintenance Technician with support services such as transporting materials/furnishings related to staffing changes, relocations and expansion of facilities, and training or event setups when required.
-Assists with moves and setups for offices and any equipment.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
-Performs simplistic painting, cleaning, and beautification projects when needed.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education/Training: High school diploma or GED required, with relevant experience.
Experience: Three (3) years of experience with grounds and janitorial services in facility maintenance-related fields preferred.
