We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team at an e-commerce retail
website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our products are prepared in excellent
condition for our customers. The successful candidate will be able to work independently while adhering
to tight deadlines and quality control standards.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and package products according to company standards and customer orders.
- Label and prepare packages for shipping, including selecting appropriate packaging, adding product labels, and organizing for shipment.
- Diligently inspect accuracy of packaging prior to shipment to ensure quality control.
- Monitor pre-packaging timelines and resolve any packaging-related issues or delays.
- Keep inventory stocked for efficient access.
- Float as needed within warehouse functions to support the team to fulfill orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines for handling hemp products.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail, precision and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to weigh accurately and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to sit, stand and focus for long periods of time.
- Good at working with your hands.
- Gets along well with others and ability to follow directions.
- Positive work ethic with trustworthiness and a high level of integrity.
