YOUR IMPACT AND AREAS OF FOCUS...
- Lead day-to-day client support to ensure continued partner success and satisfaction
- Provide exceptional service and continually build relationships with partners
- Work closely with account leads and attend partner meetings as necessary to ensure partners’ needs are met and that our partners are able to drive desired outcomes using WMT platforms
- Create and maintain smooth workflows and communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Craft platform and product documentation/tutorials for both internal and external use
- Ensure regular platform and new product training sessions are offered to partners as desired
- Assist in the testing of new products and features
- Proactively monitor partner websites and apps for issues and improvements
- Work with partners to develop new and engaging digital content strategies
- Work with partners and account leads to develop new and unique digital sponsorship/revenue generating strategies
- Monitor partner platform analytics and provide insightful guidance to partners based on that data
- Escalate unresolved issues via appropriate channels

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE…
- A Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with digital platforms (Websites, Mobile Applications - iOS and Android, OTT Applications, Audio & Video Streaming, Digital Marketing, etc.)
- Experience managing digital content and distribution strategies
- Experience using Google Analytics
- An ability to think creatively to develop new solutions that drive partners towards their goals
- Experience using Slack, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and Google’s workflow platforms
- An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using these platforms
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in customer service, with a focus on troubleshooting and/or technical support
- Experience with digital marketing and sponsorship strategies
- A fundamental understanding of topics such as coding languages and API/SDK documentation
- Prior work experience in collegiate or professional sports industries
- Experience working remotely
