Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner, including greeting residents and prospects as they enter/exit the building
- Manage community amenities and activities, prepare amenities/facilities as needed
- Answer phones, respond to resident inquiries, and resolve concerns in a timely manner
- Process incoming mail, outgoing packages, and coordinate deliveries
- Monitor front desk activity, manage visitor access, and report any safety concerns
- Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and other administrative tasks
- Assist with CRM queue, tracking resident requests in Yardi and maintain logs
- Ensure accurate inventory of supplies is maintained and reordered as needed
- Verify work orders and ensure vendors comply with building policies
- Notify residents of work orders and scheduled maintenance visits when necessary
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to fulfill resident requests
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment at all times
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of leasing, sales, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
