Sweet Peas @ Watermelon Swim is growing in Brooksville, and we’re hiring a Gymnastics Instructor to help take our program to the next level. If you love working with kids, staying active, and creating a fun, positive environment centered on child development, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Lead fun, safe Sweet Peas gymnastics classes using our established curriculum and lesson plans.
- Teach Skills: Teach age-appropriate motor skills through movement, games, and coordination circuits.
- Engage Families: Keep classes organized and encouraging while maintaining positive communication with families.
- Safety First: Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized gym environment.
- Professional Growth: Participate in training and coaching development as our program grows.
What You Bring
- Experience: Background in gymnastics, cheer, dance, or experience working with children in an active setting.
- Vibe: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine love for kids.
- Communication: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability: Ability to work a consistent schedule in the Brooksville/Spring Hill area.
The Details
- Schedule: Part-time
- Availability: Must be able to work at least 2 weekday evenings and Saturdays, including morning classes and hosting fun, active birthday parties in the afternoon.
- Environment: Active gym setting; standing and moving most of the shift.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
