Sweet Peas @ Watermelon Swim is growing in Brooksville, and we’re hiring a Gymnastics Coach to help take our program to the next level. If you love working with kids, this is your chance to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Lead fun, structured gymnastics classes that kids love
- Create a positive, high-energy experience for families
- Maintain a safe, organized gym environment
- Support events, birthday parties, and program growth
What You Bring
- Background in gymnastics, cheer, dance, or youth athletics
- Leadership mindset (or ready to step into one)
- High energy, positivity, and love for kids
- Strong communication and reliability
The Details
- Full-time (with health benefits, 401k, paid time off)
- Availability: Must be able to work at least 2 weekday evenings and Saturdays, including morning classes and hosting fun, active birthday parties in the afternoon.
- Active role; ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
