Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in operating CNC machinery. This role involves fabricating precision components using various machining techniques, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.
Duties
- Operate CNC milling machines and other machining equipment to fabricate parts according to specifications.
- Set up and adjust machine tools for optimal performance and efficiency.
- Use precision measuring instruments, such as calipers and micrometers, to verify dimensions of machined parts.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on machining principles and practices.
- Experience in fabricating components using CNC machinery is essential.
- Proficiency in programming CNC machines, particularly with Haas controls.
- Ability to operate precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
