Who We're Looking For:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you’re a quick thinker who loves solving problems, staying organized, and jumping into new challenges, you’ll fit right in. What You'll Do:
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy.
- Identify and assess customer needs, striving for complete satisfaction.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints, providing timely solutions and alternatives, with a strong commitment to follow-up.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Typing speed of 50 words per minute.
- Proven customer support experience or similar client service background.
- Exceptionally strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Zendesk or Gorgias.
- Excellent multitasking abilities, effective prioritization, and time management skills.
