What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Coordinator (Hybrid) position at WMP Eyewear?
WMP Eyewear is one of the fastest-growing independent eyewear brands in the U.S., and we're hiring a Content Coordinator to support our creative team and manage our full content production pipeline. If you love coordinating shoots, working with creators, reviewing content, and keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you.
You’ll have the opportunity to make a big impact on campaigns seen by millions while helping shape the creative output of a rapidly growing DTC brand.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full content pipeline for ads, social, and campaigns
- Plan content needs and maintain an organized production calendar
- Review creator deliverables to ensure they’re on-brand and high quality
- Prepare clean asset handoffs for the marketing and ads teams
- Lead photoshoot logistics (scheduling, models, shot lists, locations, on-set support)
- Oversee UGC, usage rights, and whitelisting
- Refresh and optimize UGC to keep it relevant and effective
- Brief and manage freelance photographers, videographers, editors, and creators
- Maintain organized creative assets and folders for internal teams
Qualifications:
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator who can manage multiple creators, freelancers, and internal teams
- Experience with UGC, content coordination, or production workflows
- Comfortable with running shoots and managing deliverables end-to-end
- Enjoys fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience with DTC/e-commerce is a plus
