What You'll Do
As a Senior Field Service Technician, you'll be trusted to diagnose, repair, maintain, and support a wide range of material handling and industrial equipment throughout your assigned territory.
You'll work directly with customers, solve complex mechanical challenges, and play a critical role in keeping operations running safely and efficiently.

- Warehouse Equipment
- Material Handling Equipment
- Industrial Machinery
- Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Repair hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and powertrain systems
- Complete preventative maintenance inspections
- Conduct safety inspections and equipment evaluations
- Document service activity and repair recommendations
- Communicate directly with customers regarding equipment condition and repair solutions
- Manage service calls efficiently within assigned territory
- Support and mentor junior technicians when needed
- Maintain exceptional customer service and professionalism
- 5 years of experience as a Forklift Technician, Field Service Technician, Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Equipment Technician, Equipment Mechanic, or Industrial Maintenance Technician
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with hydraulic systems, electrical systems, engines, drivetrains, and industrial equipment
- Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in industrial environments
- Material handling industry experience
- OEM dealership experience
- ASE Certifications
- Forklift Certifications
- Electrical troubleshooting expertise
- Diesel engine repair experience
- Battery-powered equipment experience
- Experience using diagnostic software and service management system
