Were is seeking Heavy Machinery Operators to help operate and test large mining vehicles. In this role, you will safely drive 20-ton mining vehicles, inspect equipment, and provide feedback to engineering teams to help improve vehicle performance and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate 20-ton mining vehicles and other fleet vehicles.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete DVIR reports.
Report maintenance or performance issues.
Support hardware and software testing of vehicles.
Provide clear written and verbal feedback to engineering teams.
Follow all safety and compliance standards.
Travel up to 50% for field testing and operations.
Requirements
5 years of heavy machinery operating experience.
Comfortable driving and backing large vehicles.
CDL A is a plus but not required.
Must live within 35 miles of Morgan City, Louisiana
Must pass background check, road test, DOT drug test, MVR, and physical.
Clean driving record with limited violations and no serious offenses.
Strong attention to safety and ability to follow instructions.
Team player with interest in advanced vehicle or autonomous technology.
