Quick Overview
Lead a team of Vehicle Operators and help run daily autonomous vehicle operations. This is a hands-on leadership role—you’ll manage the team while also working alongside them.
Schedule Options
Wed–Sun OR Fri–Tue
6:45 AM – 3:15 PM or 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM
What You’ll Do
Lead and support a team of vehicle operators
Ensure safety and daily operations run smoothly
Give feedback, coaching, and performance reviews
Handle scheduling and basic admin tasks
Work inside and outside vehicles as needed
Act as a player-coach (lead by example)
Help solve problems and improve operations
Requirements
2 years autonomous vehicle operator experience
Active AVT permit
Leadership or team lead experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Clean driving record
Preferred
2 years in AV or operations roles
Instructor, lead, or management experience
