In this role, you will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including guiding and supporting team members to ensure efficient and effective daily operations. What We’re Looking For
- Management experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
- Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations.
- Results driven and member focused.
- Leadership and human resources management skills.
- BS in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Meet goals and metrics.
- Direct all operational aspects including member service, human resources, administration, and referral, loan, and other sales goals.
- Bring out the best of branch’s team members by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation.
- Assist the branch's team with new accounts and lending.
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
- Address member and team member satisfaction issues promptly.
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
