Power Apps & Power Automate Developer

Job Summary:-

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Apps & Power Automate Developer with 2 years of experience in developing business applications and workflow automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating Canvas Apps, automating workflows, integrating systems, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps

• Create and manage automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate

• Build responsive Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps

• Develop approval workflows, notifications, and process automation solutions

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with:

• SharePoint Online

• Microsoft Teams

• Outlook

• Excel

• SQL Server

• Third-party APIs and services

• Work with Dataverse for data modeling and management

• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements

• Prepare technical documentation and user guides

• Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are followed

Required Skills:-

Technical Skills

• 2 years of hands-on experience in:

• Power Apps

• Power Automate

• SharePoint Online

• Microsoft 365

• Experience in:

• Canvas Apps

• Model-Driven Apps

• Dataverse

• API integrations

• Good knowledge of:

• SQL

• JSON

• REST APIs

• JavaScript

• HTML/CSS

• Familiarity with connectors, approvals, and workflow automation

• Understanding of environment management and role-based access control

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities

• Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus:

• PL-100

• PL-200

• PL-400

• Experience with Azure Services or Azure DevOps is an advantage

• Preferred Candidate Profile

• Ability to understand business processes and convert them into automated solutions

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Self-motivated with a learning mindset

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
