To learn more, please visit www.generousbrands.com.WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE The Inventory Control ensures physical inventory is reflected accurately systematically and that procedures for handling of products are adhered to by performing the necessary duties that meet or exceed company requirements.Completion of system cycle counts and count audits to monitor the adherence of handling procedures, identifying root cause of issues through investigation and communication to necessary parties Processing of returned goods and unidentified products to ensure they meet quality standards and have the proper inventory status for appropriate dispositionCompletion of process audits to monitor the adherence of handling procedures and investigation to root cause and communicate to necessary partiesCompletion of system reports and applications to maintain data integrity for proper operation of Red Prairie, WMS, JDE and BIWork with Warehouse and Quality for the proper handling of Hold and Rework products to ensure adequate and timely dispositionManage flow of product inventories and statuses to ensure maximum efficiency and rotationUse radio frequency equipment to transact materials as part of the located inventory systemPhysically rotates finished good product to ensure proper agingUtilizes Red Prairie, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to load outgoing orders onto customer trailersUnloads, transports, and stores incoming materials/finished goods using WMSEnsure departmental compliance with company policies and guidelinesConducts daily inspections of assigned equipmentResponsible for QA auditsOther duties as assignedWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED; or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Valid Driver License and clean driving record ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to demonstrate an excellent eye for detail with Inventory Control experience desirable Strong math skills with problem solving abilitiesExperience with Microsoft Office programs preferred; Access, Excel, Outlook, Share Point and Word Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime.
