We are seeking a experienced Jewelry Sales Associate for a part-time, on-site position in the Navy Exchange in Pensacola, FL. The associate will assist customers in finding the perfect jewelry pieces, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include providing personalized service, building relationships with clients, maintaining product knowledge, managing inventory, and achieving sales goals. The role also involves handling transactions, maintaining the presentation of the showroom, and resolving customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proficient in providing outstanding Customer Service, fostering Customer Satisfaction, and creating exceptional Customer Experiences
- Skilled in Retail Sales with a focus on product knowledge and achieving sales goals
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships
- Previous experience in luxury retail, sales, or related fields is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
