Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Creating and managing inspection plans, reporting formats, and performance indicators.
• Investigating and recommending alternatives to product designs or manufacturing methods to ensure quality.
• Collaborating with customers to understand their quality requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Broad knowledge of quality systems, including IATF, ISO, and QS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret CMM reports and create GD&T schemes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
