Position: Project Assistant

Clockwork Construction Inc is a general contractor that specializes in commercial construction with a focus on restaurant construction, remodels, new construction, conversions, and other commercial projects. The selected candidate will have a strong list of clients/industry contacts and will be responsible for and have the following qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain project files (digital and physical)
- Track, log and distribute subcontracts, purchase orders, RFI’s, change orders, etc
- Manage subcontractor agreements and ensure proper documentation is received
- Maintain insurance certificates, lien waivers, and compliance documents
- Assist in contract administration and document control
- Provide administrative support and assist in the day-to-day operations of the Construction team
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned
Qualifications
? Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
? Must be customer service-oriented.
? Possess excellent organizational, written and communication skills.
? Have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
? Be able to work independently without constant supervision
? Ability to work in a team environment
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation: $20/hr DOE plus variable bonuses based upon company and individual performance
