Role Description

This part-time, remote role as Director of Business Development. The Director will oversee the development of new business opportunities, create effective business plans, generate leads, negotiate contracts, and manage key accounts. The role requires building lasting relationships with clients and partners, identifying strategic growth opportunities, and driving overall business expansion efforts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue growth opportunities
• Experience with strategic and tactical Business Planning to create actionable and scalable growth strategies
• Skills in Contract Negotiation and fostering mutually beneficial agreements
• Expertise in Account Management to nurture lasting client and partner relationships
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
