We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Executive Producer to lead editorial decision-making and oversee daily newsroom operations at WKBW-TV. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Buffalo, NY. Responsibilities include managing news coverage, coordinating with producers and reporters, guiding storytelling approaches, and ensuring the delivery of engaging, accurate, and impactful content across all platforms. The Executive Producer will also collaborate with the newsroom leadership team to develop strategies for audience engagement and enhance the station’s presence within the community.
