Key Responsibilities
- Interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and build packets with precision
- Fabricate custom cabinetry using joinery techniques, CNC equipment, and hand tools
- Execute builds to spec, ensuring alignment with brand standards and client expectations
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and uphold shop safety protocols
- Collaborate with project managers and fellow builders to resolve technical challenges
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts, including process documentation and workflow refinement
- Assist in material handling, inventory tracking, and job staging as needed
Qualifications
- 3 years of professional cabinetmaking or fine woodworking experience
- Proficiency with table saws, routers, edge banders, and CNC equipment
- Strong understanding of joinery, wood species, and finishing techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and build documentation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to craftsmanship, consistency, and team collaboration
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
