We are seeking a strong clinical leader to serve as Director of Nursing, overseeing resident care services and supporting a high-performing care team in an assisted living and memory care environment.
What You'll Do
- Oversee resident care operations, clinical processes, and care team performance within the scope of the community’s license.
- Coordinate resident assessments, service plans, changeofcondition followup, and clinical documentation as required.
- Supervise, coach, educate, and support nurses, medication staff, and caregivers as assigned.
- Monitor medication management, physician orders, treatments, clinical records, and pharmacy coordination.
- Communicate with residents, families, providers, pharmacies, hospitals, and other healthcare partners regarding resident care needs.
- Participate in quality assurance, audits, incident review, infection prevention, emergency preparedness, and regulatory readiness.
What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse
- Strong clinical leadership, communication, organization, documentation, and problemsolving skills.
Preferred Experience
- Two or more years of assisted living, memory care, longterm care, or related clinical experience preferred.
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, and perform the physical functions of the position for extended periods as needed.
