What are the responsibilities and job description for the Partner Success Specialist position at Wizlo?
We are hiring a Partner Success Specialist to help clinics launch, adopt, and grow on WIZLO.
This is not a passive account management role. You will onboard new clinics, train teams live, solve problems quickly, and step into difficult moments when clients need clarity, speed, and leadership.
You should be technical enough to understand workflows, issues, and platform logic, but social enough to lead conversations, build trust fast, and navigate tension well. When a client is frustrated, you do not freeze. You lean in, respond quickly, get on the call, calm the room, and move the issue toward resolution.
You will work closely with sales, operations, product, and engineering. You will be a key part of how clients experience WIZLO.
This role is high ownership, client-facing, and close to the product.
Salary : $40,000 - $55,000
