- Project Management Experience Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation
- Strong Leadership & Decision-Making Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and make critical decisions to keep projects on track
- Technical Construction Knowledge Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, regulations, and safety standards
