Responsibilities
- Assist in generating leads and building a robust client base through proactive outreach and networking.
- Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices in client relationship management and transaction processes.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
- Support clients in understanding the buying and selling process, ensuring a smooth and informed experience.
- Manage and update property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing presentations to potential buyers.
- Coordinate and schedule property showings, open houses, and client meetings with professionalism and efficiency.
- Utilize company resources and tools to track market trends and provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.
- Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
- Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset.
