We're looking for a dependable Residential Painter who takes pride in their craftsmanship and is willing to assist with general property maintenance when needed.

$15 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities
- Fill holes and cracks with putt, and sand away old paint to prepare surfaces for painting
- Leave the work area clean once the project has been completed
- Treat painted surfaces with primer or sealer
- Use job specifications to mix and match paint and stains
- Erect scaffolding when required
- Paint interior and exterior residential properties
- Prepare surfaces by patching drywall, sanding, caulking, masking, and priming
- Repair minor drywall damage and match textures as needed
- Match paint colors and apply quality finishes
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Assist with rental property turnovers
- Perform basic drywall, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed
- Install or replace fixtures, doors, hardware, and other household items
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Help maintain company properties to ensure they are safe, functional, and move-in ready
- 2 years work experience and completed apprenticeship is preferred, but not required
- Experience with painting tools and techniques is a big plus, but we are willing to train on the job for motivated candidates
- Driver’s license required
- We prefer if you have a high school diploma or GED
- Applicants that are detail-oriented and possess strong time management and communications are preferred
- Professional residential painting experience required
- Experience with drywall repair and surface preparation
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to assist with general maintenance tasks when needed
- Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work from ladders when necessary
- Experience in residential property maintenance
- Experience with rental property turns or home renovations
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
