Compensation

$21 - $23 hourly

Responsibilities

• Operate loader equipment efficiently to support construction projects, ensuring safety and precision in every task.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on machinery to guarantee optimal performance and longevity.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure seamless workflow on site.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, fostering a secure environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to report progress and address any operational challenges.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials, contributing to the timely completion of projects.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance, supporting transparency and accountability in operations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and physical ability to lift 30 pounds
• Must have reliable transportation to get to work
• Knowledge of the proper operation of heavy equipment, as well as safety standards
• Must pass drug screen and background check
• This position is out in the elements; the candidate must be willing to work outside
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Vision adequate to enter and read material on computer screens. Able to identify individuals to initiate greetings, give directions, and other business interactions
• Hearing Able to hear safety alerts and warning signals
• Speaking Able to engage in conversations in person and via electronic means and deliver information to groups of varying size with or without amplification
• Equipment Operation Able to operate a wide range of tools
• Carrying able to occasionally carry up to 20lbs/9kg
• Lifting able to lift up to 30lbs/14kg
• Squatting/Kneeling able to squat or kneel
• Standing able to stand for extended periods of time
• Walking Able to walk through the shop and other outside elements
• Sitting able to sit for long periods while operating the machine
