This role is ideal for an agent who enjoys working with quality homeowners, understands underwriting, and prefers a professional, stable environment - not call-center auto churn.

Compensation

$66,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Sell home insurance to qualified prospects
• Cross-sell other insurance when appropriate to support household protection
• Work with clients who often have additional assets
• Conduct coverage reviews and build long-term client relationships
  
  

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty license (required)
• Experience with home insurance (replacement cost, underwriting questions, inspections)
• Professional communication style
• Comfortable working in the office in Miramar
  
  

Compensation

• $45,000 base, plus commission, and performance-based bonuses
• Predictable schedule, Monday - Friday
