Compensation

Responsibilities
- Assess and advise on each client’s unique needs, taking into consideration their level of stress, physical condition, and medical history, and offer recommendations for types of massage and treatment
- Keep track of client treatment records and plans and monitor improvement
- Support a positive working environment for both clients and staff through relationship building and team development
- Prepare the massage table and necessary products to apply to the client’s skin
- Actively participate in team meetings and case reviews with other providers
- Preference to candidates who have completed a massage therapy program
- Must be excellent at communication and interpersonal relationships
- Must have licensure that complies with state and local laws
- Ideally have completed a specialized program
