Kingsman Property Partners is seeking a highly driven Sales Closer to join our growing real estate solutions company.

This is a full-time position requiring availability Monday through Friday from 900 AM to 600 PM. Team members are expected to work approximately 35-40 hours per week and maintain consistent availability during standard business hours to support seller appointments, follow-up activities, and team operations.

This is a true closing role with strong lead flow and consistent opportunity volume. Representatives in this position are provided with 2-3 pre-booked seller appointments per day and are responsible for negotiating offers, managing follow-up, and converting opportunities into signed purchase agreements. This is not a cold-calling or lead-generation position.

Compensation $100,000 - $180,000 OTE. New hires receive a guaranteed $2,000/month training base during their first 90 days while ramping up, and they continue to earn upside commissions during this period through the same tiered compensation structure. Sales Representatives are provided with company-generated seller appointments and earn 10%-15% of all closed revenue generated. Top performers who consistently execute, follow up effectively, and close opportunities have a realistic earning potential of $100,000-$180,000 annually.

As Kingsman Property Partners continues to grow, top performers will have opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities and play a key role in expanding the sales organization.

As a Sales Closer, you will speak directly with homeowners, build rapport, uncover seller motivation, analyze property opportunities, negotiate pricing, and guide sellers through the contract process. You will work closely with company leadership and have a direct impact on company revenue.

This is a high-performance sales role for someone who thrives in negotiation, handles pressure well, and is motivated by competition, personal accountability, and income growth.

The ideal candidate is confident, emotionally disciplined, coachable, competitive, relentless with follow-up, and driven by results. This is not a passive customer service role; it is a revenue-generating sales position for someone who enjoys closing business and being rewarded for performance.

This position is primarily virtual; however, candidates must be located within the Chicagoland area, including the City of Chicago and surrounding suburbs, as the team meets in person on a quarterly basis.

Compensation

$100,000 - $180,000 OTE

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled sales appointments with homeowners via phone
  • Build rapport and uncover seller motivation through strategic questioning
  • Analyze property opportunities using the company's underwriting standards
  • Present and negotiate cash offers with homeowners
  • Follow up consistently with warm and hot leads to move opportunities toward signed agreements
  • Overcome objections confidently while maintaining professionalism and integrity
  • Maintain accurate notes, pipeline stages, and documentation inside the CRM
  • Collaborate with leadership and disposition teams to ensure smooth deal flow
  • Track key performance metrics, including close rates, contract volume, and pipeline health
  • Continuously improve negotiation, communication, and sales skills

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of performance
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Competitive and revenue-driven mindset
  • High emotional control under pressure
  • Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally
  • Strong organizational and follow-up discipline
  • Coachable with a willingness to continuously improve
  • Real estate, high-ticket sales, or inside sales experience is a plus, but not required
