We are looking for a few HVAC/R Install Technicians to join our team!

$18 - $30 hourly DOE
Responsibilities
- Working with copper refrigeration line sets to construct, build, install, and repair equipment for commercial and industrial use
- Identifying equipment maintenance risks and hazards
- Maintain collaborative working relationships with customers and coworkers
- Perform installation of flex and sheet metal duct systems in light commercial
- Perform installation of HVAC-related equipment while following company policies and manufacturer's specifications
- Understanding of the principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
- Ability to use hand and power tools associated with the HVAC field
- This position is safety sensitive
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in HVACR installation or a similar field
- Must be able to travel out of the area for work
- Demonstrate mechanical competence and skills
- Understanding principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in order to manage HVAC protocols
- Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure the job is done the first time correctly
- Class E driver's license and OSHA certification are highly preferred and will be required within 30-60 days of employment
