$100,000 - $120,000 yearly
Responsibilities
- Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM
- Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services
- Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
- Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
- Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met
- Meeting with homeowners who’ve reached out to us about selling
- Uncovering their motivation and presenting win-win offers
- Following up with leads consistently (this is key!)
- Running basic property evaluations using our tools and training
- Working in our CRM and communicating with our team daily
- Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role
- You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred
- Should have working knowledge of a CRM
- To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
