Responsibilities
- Complete a thorough inspection, make a precise diagnosis of any problems with the present system, and give the customer their options
- Keep all appointments and arrive at the customer's specified time
- Create notes, quotes, and invoices using software
- Participate in company meetings and adhere to company procedures
- Calculate installation openings and perform site inspections for larger jobs
- For this role, you need to have outstanding skills in providing service to customers
- Ability to use a measuring tape, as well as proficiency in math and problem-solving, are essential
- Good understanding with the wiring and connections used in electrical systems
- Must have great communication, listening, and teamwork skills
- This position requires a high school diploma or GED
