Compensation

VitaCare Living is a community-based residential facility (CBRF) dedicated to adding LIFE to the years of our residents and staff through compassionate, person-centered care. With 17 locations within Wisconsin, we care for over 300 residents in smaller, home-like settings that prioritize community, dignity, and purpose.

Responsibilities
- Host marketing events each month
- Manage funnel of prospective resident referrals
- Maintain referral relationships
- Create new referral relationships
- Raise and maintain occupancy levels across 6 communities
- Coordinate initial assessments of potential residents and make notifications
- Obtain required admission documents prior to resident admissions
