You will create and manage our library of digital assets, track and report analytics for video and social media content, and maintain other creative content.
This role also encompasses a broad range of design and content responsibilities, including flyer creation, monthly newsletter production, blog writing, and maintaining current headshots for all team members.

Responsibilities
What will you do?
- Create and implement a social media strategy in order to build and create a community.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team and execute and support the Firm’s marketing plans.
- Provide regular marketing information updates to maintain strong awareness of key client-related subjects via the firm's newsletter and other email marketing pieces.
- Develop and produce engaging video content that aligns with our brand and audience interests.
- Create, manage, and expand our digital asset library, ensuring all content is organized and easily accessible.
- Analyze performance data for video and social media content, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to create content that supports lead generation and client engagement initiatives.
- Assist the Director with keeping client-related sections of the Firm's website and social media up-to-date and fresh.
- Create digital marketing materials for targeted audiences and practice areas.
- Design and produce flyers and other print and digital marketing materials for the Firm on an as-needed basis.
- Write, design, and distribute the Firm’s monthly newsletter to clients and contacts.
- Research, write, and publish blog content that educates and engages our target audience on elder care and estate planning topics.
- Coordinate, schedule, and maintain current professional headshots for all team members, ensuring photos are updated as needed.
- Provide weekly reports for analytics for social media, YouTube, and email marketing efforts.
- Other tasks as assigned.
What will you bring
- Educational background in digital marketing.
- Experience with CRM systems, graphic design software, social media, WordPress, YouTube, etc.
- Proven experience in content creation, with a portfolio showcasing video and graphic design projects.
- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro, as well as graphic design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
- Strong understanding of content performance metrics and SEO best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
