Hourly Wage $26 - $32 per hour (Based on experience, endorsements, and mechanical aptitude)

Sign-On Bonus- $2,500 (Eligibility Determined Upon Hire)

Top Candidates Must Have

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Tanker Endorsement is highly preferred or required within a set timeframe after hire.
• Hazardous Materials Endorsement is strongly preferred.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid DOT medical card.
• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Experience operating manual transmission trucks.
• Prior experience with industrial services, environmental hauling (e.g., vacuum trucks, roll-offs, tankers), or heavy equipment operation is a significant plus.
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification is preferred (or willingness to complete company-paid training).
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
  
  

Compensation

$26 - $32 hourly

Responsibilities

What You'll DO

• Safety First Safely operate commercial motor vehicles in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Specialized Transport Transport regulated customer material to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Field Support Operate cross-functionally with our project teams. This role includes assisting with loading operations using hand tools, vacuum-assisted apparatus, and heavy equipment when required.
• Operational Compliance Maintain accurate delivery logs and vehicle records.
• Professional Conduct Interact professionally with customers, coworkers, and the public, upholding INSERV’s high standards.
• Upskilling Train and upskill in relevant industry certifications as part of your professional development.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission commercial vehicles.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with the job, including loading and unloading if required.
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop, or kneel for extended periods while operating in various environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, unassisted, on a regular basis.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
