Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with realtors, builders, landscapers, pool companies, designers, HOAs, and other referral partners
- Attend networking events, meetings, and community functions
- Coordinate lunch-and-learns and partner presentations
- Maintain referral partner activity in our CRM
- Generate qualified introductions for the sales team
- Follow up consistently and strengthen partner relationships
- Share market feedback and new opportunities with the team
- New referral partners developed
- Meetings and networking activities completed
- Qualified leads and appointments generated
- Referral-sourced projects sold
- Consistent CRM tracking and follow-up
Who You Are
- Outgoing, professional, and trustworthy
- Organized and consistent with follow-up
- Comfortable networking and meeting new people
- Relationship-focused without being pushy
- Able to represent a premium local brand
- Familiar with CRM systems and relationship management
