Compensation

Responsibilities
- Lead ABA programs and provide clinical supervision for children with autism
- Mentor practicum students and RBTs
- Monitor and analyze progress data to inform treatment decisions
- Contribute to ongoing program development and quality improvement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (ABA, Speech, OT) to ensure cohesive care
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
- Passion for supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Ability to mentor and support staff effectively
- Strong clinical skills in ABA, assessment, and data-driven patient care
- Master’s degree (required)
