Compensation

Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy spaces.
- Welcome and communicate professionally with families and coworkers.
- Deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Collaborate with team members and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Support a positive, safe, and engaging environment that promotes learning through play.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality to get to our center on time!
- Active, hands-on approach to work — you’ll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children.
- Passion for working with children and individuals on the autism spectrum.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information.
