Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action
- Work closely with support staff to ensure a top-tier client experience
- Effectively and efficiently handle a caseload of over 100 personal injury cases
- Negotiate and resolve pre-suit cases in a timely manner for top-dollar
- Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
- Be able to appropriately communicate with clients
- Appear in court on behalf of clients
- Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
- Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with 2 years of related experience
- Experience in the personal injury field is a plus
- Familiarity with Litify is a plus
- Must currently be barred in good standing in South Carolina
- Trial experience a plus
