Winds of Change provides residential services for adults living with mental health challenges. Our Group Home Staff play an important role in helping residents build independence while providing support, encouragement, and compassionate care in a safe, welcoming environment.
No experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed from your first day.

- Sunday – Tuesday
- 600 AM – 600 PM
- Wednesday – Friday
- 600 AM – 600 PM
- Thursday, Friday & Sunday
- 600 PM – 600 AM
- Support residents with daily living activities
- Assist with meals, medications, housekeeping, and daily routines
- Transport residents to appointments and community activities
- Create a safe, respectful, and supportive home environment
- Complete documentation and communicate with your team
- Encourage independence while building positive relationships
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities
- Cleaning common areas
- Assist with medication distribution
- Adapt skills for home, work, education, vocation, leisure, and social activities
- Provide immediate crisis intervention; attend to the 24-hour crisis line
- Oversee the preparation of 3 nutritious meals per day
- Ability to maintain regular attendance
- Complete required documentation promptly
- Education Must have a High school diploma or GED
- Experience No Experience necessary
- Physical Requirements Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
