The base salary range for this position is $170,400.00 to $255,600.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.

What You'll Do:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a forward-looking QA strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Champion quality as a business enabler across functions.
- Shift the team from reactive quality control to proactive quality assurance.
- Reorganize team roles and responsibilities to optimize strengths and address gaps.
- Lead, coach, and mentor QA engineers to build cross-functional capabilities and foster culture of continuous improvement.
- Partner with the existing manager to optimally leverage subject matter expertise
- Introduce scalable QA processes, automation, and tools to support innovation and compliance.
- Drive improvements in CAPA, ISO readiness, supplier audits, and product quality.
- Implement and improve metrics and dashboards to monitor quality performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Increase trust and reputation through consistent delivery, transparency, and responsiveness.
- Lead monthly quality syncs with cross-functional teams to review critical metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the voice of quality in leadership forums and strategic planning.
