The Wiz Kids Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic professional to coordinate tumbling related activities during the summer camp session.
- The Tumbling Head Coach is responsible for teaching fundamental skills as well as more advanced routines.
- The Tumbling Head Coach oversees a team that guides campers through the day‐to-day activities during this activity segment.
- Develop and lead daily activity-specific drills and training components.
- Oversees participant development culminating in an end-of-camp routine.
- Ensure the welfare of campers and positive resolution of camper-related issues by communicating clearly and consistently with camp leadership staff.
- Willingness to comply with Suspected Child Abuse Reporting (Subsection (a)(6) of 325 ILCS 5-4).
- Additional duties as contracted.
- Prior coaching experience in tumbling at the elementary or high school level.
- Coaching certification in tumbling or an advanced degree in sports administration is highly preferred.
