You’ll shape the culture, set the tone, and architect programs that turn casual members into passionate advocates—building relationships, sparking collaboration, and keeping our community vibrant, engaged, and growing. On a day-to-day basis, you will:

The approximate base compensation is $170,000 - 220,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package.
The final offer may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.

Base44 is looking for a community-obsessed connector to fully own and lead our global network of creative builders. You’ll shape the culture, set the tone, and architect programs that turn casual members into passionate advocates—building relationships, sparking collaboration, and keeping our community vibrant, engaged, and growing. On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Develop and execute strategies to engage, support, and grow our community of builders
- Create opportunities for active participation and knowledge-sharing within the community
- Act as the voice of the community within Base44 and advocate for their needs and feedback
- Plan and oversee community-focused content, workshops, webinars, and events
- Build strong relationships with key community leaders, influencers, and partners
- Work closely with product, marketing, and support teams to relay insights from the community and shape product improvements and new features
- Track key community metrics and analyze data to inform strategy and demonstrate growth
- Proven experience leading and managing online communities —this is a must
- Deep understanding of digital creation tools—experience with Wix Studio or similar platforms is a strong plus.
- Passion for community-building, user engagement, and helping others succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience organizing both virtual and in-person events to bring the community together.
- Strong knowledge of social media, forums, and digital platforms for community growth and engagement.
- A content creator mindset—whether through social media, blogging, video, or other formats.
- Deep familiarity with web trends and digital spaces where builders collaborate and share knowledge.
