- Developing and deploying advanced analytics solutions to inform business decisions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data visualizations and dashboards.
- Providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders, leveraging statistical models and machine learning techniques.
- Maintaining and refining existing analytics frameworks to ensure alignment with evolving business requirements.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Math, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Five years of work experience with a proven data and analytical-driven mindset.
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel, visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and coding/statistical languages and tools (e.g., SQL, JavaScript, R, Python).
- Strong experience with ServiceNow, including dashboard development and database view creation, data mining principles, and statistical modeling techniques.
