Pay: Starting at $14/hr (Depends on Experience)
Includes raises and commission based on performance
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Available
Hours: 24–40 hours per week
Available Shifts:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest reservations i.e. check-ins, check-outs, and complete reservations online & over the phone
- Processing credit card & cash transactions
- Effectively coordinate with all other hotel departments to provide Superior Service
- Daily Activity Reports and deposit drops
- Maintaining Front Desk and Hotel Lobby clean and organized. Weekly deep cleaning assigned
- Doing property & pool checks
- Occasional package shipment or receiving
- Manage incoming guest calls and reservations
- Sales skills for new reservations including rates and availability
- Comprehensive knowledge of the property i.e. room types, amenities, breakfast service, etc.
- Approachable, hospitable demeanor when interacting with guests in person and over the phone
- Abide by company policies and ensure guest security by following procedures as set forth in Company Handbook
- Being able and willing to perform other tasks that may be asked by management including flexible work hours
