Job Description:
Education/ Certification Mandatory:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required
Work Experience Mandatory:
- Demonstrated experience working in DoD contracting with a deep understanding of FAR, DFARS, and relevant DoD regulations.
- Experience leading and supervising teams.
- Experience supporting ~300 annual contract actions.
- Experience leading transformational changes in acquisition processes.
- Experience managing stakeholder expectations.
- Experience working in high-profile environments (e.g., MAJCOM or higher).
Education/Certifications Nice To Have:
- DAWIA Level III or FAC-C Professional (or equivalent in the new DoD Back-to-Basics framework)
Work Experience Nice To Have:
- 8–10 years total procurement/acquisition experience; at least 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity

- The Senior Procurement Analyst / Program Manager (GS-14 equivalent) serves as the lead technical and managerial authority for all acquisition and contract management support services performed under the ANGRC contract.
- This position bridges policy interpretation, acquisition planning, and program execution, ensuring that ANGRC achieves its objectives to reduce acquisition cycle times, improve procurement efficiency, and standardize contracting processes across mission partners.
- This individual functions as the primary liaison between ANGRC leadership, contracting offices, and mission partners, overseeing a portfolio of approximately 300 annual contract actions valued at ~$138 million.
- The role demands strategic oversight of acquisition lifecycle management, from requirement development through post-award monitoring.
