- Master’s Degree in Finance
- Ten plus years of experience with providing services within a COCOM
- Active TS/SCI
- Knowledge and work experience with authorizations and appropriations processes, military operations, management and military staff process for USNORTHCOM and J38 requirements.
- Provided briefings at a level equivalent to meetings with General Officers, Office of Secretary of Defense office(s), and COCOMs.
