Your role in our team:

At WITRON, you'll work with cutting-edge automated systems, helping keep our high-tech operation running at peak performance. If you enjoy troubleshooting, hands-on repairs, and solving mechanical and electrical challenges, this is your opportunity to build your career in a fast-paced automation environment.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment, including conveyors, cranes, and material handling systems
• Perform preventive and corrective electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize system performance
• Document work in our CMMS system
• Support safe, efficient operations while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Participate in equipment commissioning and startup activities

What We're Looking For

• Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical training
• 1 years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or automation environment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, motors, drives, controls, and PLCs
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Safety-focused with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Work Environment

• Work with advanced automation technology
• Comfortable with climbing heights and industrial equipment
• Willing to work evenings, nights, and weekends
• Freezer environment exposure (PPE provided)

Pay & Shift Premiums

$30.00–$38.00/hour

Additional Premiums:

• Evening Shift: $2.00/hr
• Night Shift: $3.00/hr
• Freezer Premium: $2.00/hr

Available Shifts

• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM
